• Maximum Capacity: Four guests (two bedrooms, each with a King Bed & private 3-piece ensuite).

• Minimum Stay of seven nights (unless a shorter opening is available in-between two longer stays - don't hesitate to inquire).

• Casa Galiano and our condominium building are for registered guests only (parties and gatherings are not permitted in the penthouse or in the building common/pool areas).

• Ask us about discounts for longer stays in the summer months. Exciting thunderstorm season!

• Payments accepted via Visa, MasterCard, Wise.com and Canadian e-Transfers.

• Cdn$500 deposit to confirm booking, balance due two weeks prior to arrival (typically applied to the same credit card/payment method as the deposit unless alternative arrangements are requested). 

• Unlike many STVR's, we do not charge an additional cleaning fee, although we do kindly ask that our guests "tip" our cleaning person for each cleaning, including on departure day.  It's much appreciated. 

• Check-in after 3 pm (flexible when possible).

• Check-out at or before 11 am (flexible when possible).

• For early arrivals and later departures, luggage may be stored at the condominium's front desk. 

• Sorry, pets are not permitted in the Condominium Building.

• Please, no smoking in condominium common areas, inside Casa Galiano or on its lower terrace; on the private rooftop patio with care is fine.
