Casa Galiano is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, 1,658 sf 7th-floor southwest corner penthouse with a wrap-around terrace. The suite was fully remodeled over summer/fall 2019 and features a large private roof deck for catching the sun at any time of the day.
Centrally situated directly on Los Muertos Beach, it is as close to the ocean surf, sand, old town restaurants & bars that you can get. The suite features a well equipped kitchen, domed ceiling in the living room, view windows on three sides and a built-in terrace bbq grill. We can accommodate up to four guests but please note, it is our home that we make available for rent when we are out of town and while we want you to enjoy and love the amazing space like we do, gatherings & parties are not permitted.
THE CONDOMINIUM BUILDING
We are in a circa 1992, 7-storey, 43-suite concrete condominium building with street-front retail. It also houses two popular beachfront restaurants, a Banorte branch with ATM's, liquor store and artisan gift shops. The building has a discreet residential entrance with gate off Olas Altas at Basilio Badillo (restaurant row), tucked amongst the bank, artisan shop and sidewalk café.
